Vienna, Austria; 542 European fighters in all WKF amateur divisions made an excellent performance. Fast fights in Semi contact, many KO´s in ring sport, tough fights in a high level, the fans and audience saw a great event.

In the final day WKF got three new pro Champions.
First home town boy Alan KARCIEWSKI became European Champion – 75 Kg in K-1 style, won by knock-out.
Second Canadian Gabriel VARGA made his first fight in Europe and beat dutch Roy TAN by RSC in third round. New World Champion – 64,50 Kg in K-1.
And Hungarian hero Tibor NAGY won in the first round by W.O. because of an injury of the German opponent Tino GROTH. New World Champion – 91,80 Kg in K-1.
